Windows 10 window controls applied/overlayed
While testing bug 1254508, I created a new/vanilla profile and tested there and found bug 1254509. Since I'm running DevEdition, the DevEdition theme is applied by default.

Same questions as in the other bugs... is this restricted to win10 and a dead dwm, and potentially your custom win10 theme? If so, please state this in the summary as well.

As replied in the other bugs, Win10 only and dead dwm. Updated summary.
