The new assertion here appears to be:

ASSERTION: Must have a displayport for apz scrolls!: 'usingDisplayPort', file /builds/slave/m-in-and-api-15-d-000000000000/build/src/layout/generic/nsGfxScrollFrame.cpp, line 2676

which is kind of concerning, since I can't imagine a scenario in which this should trip.
Then again my patches in bug 1253860 remove this assertion, so that should take care of this.
