The default sandbox on Nightly is stronger than it is set for the old --strict-content-sandbox setting. So, even though that's not being used at the moment it doesn't make sense to have the skip-ifs in the tests.

These were only run on holly so removing the skip-ifs shouldn't cause any issues.
