(Whiteboard: Waiting input from German.)
When an error occurs, i.e. missing jpg or the browser can't load a stylesheet,
all the histroy buttons(back, forward, reload) don't function correctly. The
only way around this problem is to close and reopen the browser.

cc'ing hyatt. David, can you throw some light here. The reporter is saying that
the button doesn't funciton right if the CSS file couldn't be loaded properly.

I'm moving this off of dogfood radar since I don't think this is a beta stopper.
But, if you see this happening on a regular basis, please let me know , I'll
look in to it.

a shot in the dark here but could the reporter (or someone who thoroughly understands) please proved the reproducible testcase?
I get a similar problem in build 2000-0327-18.
1. Go to a page with several links.
2. Choose a link that will give you "Server not found" error.
3. Hit the Back button.
4. Choose another site that loads properly.
5. Hit the Back button. The browser will try to go to the site that was not found.
Try this site: http://www-map.lib.umn.edu/news.html.
2. Click, near the bottom of the page, the first Taiwan map.
3. Click Back.
4. Click the second Taiwan map (from the Taiwan Research Inst.) You should get
error "Server not found."
5. Click Back.
6. Click the third Taiwan map. Page should be found.
7. Click Back. Browser will try to go to second Taiwan map link which is not
correct.
Another similar problem:
I have build 2000041406 on win 98.
1. Open this address: "www.crosswinds.net/~robertsc". No http and no trailing /.
2. This should open a second browser window. At the very bottom of the page,
there are 2 GIFs for a counter. On the left gif is a picture of a bar graph, and
next to it on the same GIF is an ad. Click on the bar graph.
3. I don't know if just anyone can view these web page stats or just the owner
(me).
4. You should be viewing web page stats. Click the Back button. Nothing happens.
And there is nothing on the 2nd browser window Go menu, even though there should
be the www.crosswinds.net page and the RealTracker page.

I'm resolving this bug as WFM. I checked with the 2000042109 builds and i don't believe it to be a problem anymore in light of
the new webshell and SH changes.
