Go to http://el-muerte.student.utwente.nl/lba/mirrors/lbawld/ in IE and Mozilla

In IE there is a line above and below the word "LBADeCOMP" in the left as it
should be, but in Mozilla the line doesn't show up.

confirming moz 0.9.8 win2k
see testcase, nowrap in addition with font size -1 seems to mess it up

Could you please try a newer build and / or post a gif screenshot here? I 'm not
seeing this bug on build 2002021403, Win98.

problem still exists in 2002021403 on nt4
look at the testcase, the upper left hr doesnt render as it should

Over to tables.  Duplicate of an existing bug about <hr> not drawing correctly
in some table cells....

Boris, how many terrabytes of memory do you have? Another case where "dupeme"
keywords helped a lot. Unless I 'm not duping against the correct bug...
