1255556 - Items on about:preferences#applications don't look focused when I select them with mouse

STR_A:
1. Open about:preferences#applications
2. Click the 1st item in applications list, press Ctrl+Shift+R to reload the page
3. Click the 2nd item in applications list
4. Click the 1st item in applications list
5. Click the 1st item in applications list

STR_B:
1. Open about:preferences#applications. Click in the search field on the page
2. Press tab to focus applications list. Hold Up key for 5 seconds
3. Press Down key once
4. Press Up key once
5. Do nothing

AR:
 After Step 3 the 2nd item in applications list is focused with (A) gray  (B) blue
 After Step 4 the 1st item in applications list is focused with (A) gray  (B) blue
 After Step 5 the 1st item in applications list is focused with blue
ER:  
 After Steps 3 and 4 items in applications list should be focused with blue in both scenarios
 Because items in other categories on about:preferences are focused with blue when I click them
