Move all inline styles in wallet xul files to skin.

Details
Virtually all the xul files in wallet have inlined styles (style="" in the XUL)
which defeats the point of having skins define the style. Please move
those style rules into corresponding wallet css files
Be sure to put versions in both modern and classic skins

Wallet is depreciated, seems to not be an issue in the current satchel/pwmgr implementation.
