The regression range for the glitches (game is overlapped by grey rectangles) that appear while scrolling: https://hg.mozilla.org/integration/mozilla-inbound/pushloghtml?fromchange=2722b65059df232c43dfaec075dfe484e0db952c&tochange=e1e281f04f2706c55d017ca55e35ada2e1d05aaf suggests bug 1137944 as the culprit (Found commit message: Bug 1137944 - Add plugin window handling for apz related notifications received by the content process. r=mstange) If that's the case, the glitches mentioned in this bug may be dupe of bug 1212813. This is the regression range for the issue mentioned in Notes section (previous image is shown after interacting with the game and then scrolling) found only in Aurora: https://hg.mozilla.org/releases/mozilla-aurora/pushloghtml?fromchange=5118c15e69fd2abff03bea945d9e0200849b7955&tochange=383d2c72f4c77a81d44704272dcfbbe3c8cafca8 The following bugs may be causing this, so I'm cc'ing :Kats - bug 1250550, bug 1240133, bug 1210057. Please let me know if I can help investigating further.

If the "glitch" that you're referring to is that the flash content is hidden during scrolling, then yes, this is a dupe of bug 1212813. It's "by design" until we can come up with a better solution.

(In reply to Petruta Rasa [QA] [:petruta] from comment #6) > What about the second issue that only happens in Aurora? Since it's fixed in Nightly, the most useful thing would to get a fix window from Aurora to Nightly, and then we can uplift the fix. However I suspect from your regression range it was caused by: 8248eb3a6e69 Markus Stange — Bug 1244258 - Back out bug 1201327 on Aurora in order to fix bug 1227327 and friends. a=lizzard which means it's a wontfix for aurora.
No need to track this since it's a dup. and unaffected for 47 based on comment 7.
