Steps to reproduce:

1. Visit http://netdna.webdesignerdepot.com/uploads/2016/03/accessibility_webfonts.gif
2. Zoom in and out


Actual results:

The image is incorrectly drawn and it looks broken and like got hit by a typhoon.


Expected results:

The image should be correctly rendered in any scale.
