Details

nsILocaleService on Android doesn't returns current System locale since bionic doesn't return current locale.

I think that we should use Locale via JNI.

L10N team said we should converge on the browser UI locale from the selected langpack. See lengthy discussions in bug 1301640.
We are getting a rid of nsILocaleService.  mark as wontfix.
