- User can create a folder based on its selection in add new folder. - If user selects no card, the create folder button is not shown. - After creating a folder, we should close the view, persist the content of folder, and refresh the card view.

I put 3 related commits into a pull request. Hope it wouldn't be too difficult to understand. I guess the last one relating to database manipulating and scrollables refreshing is the most complex one.
