It looks like this code was copied from nsHTMLDocument. In XUL there is no
<body> like there is in HTML, so we should probably just select the root tag(s)
as start and end.
nsXULDocument::SelectAll() is no more. Saw this bug while searching for
something else. Marking it in passing.
