STR: 1. Start a hello call. 2. Detach the hello mini-window into a top-level window. You'll see something like the screenshot.
WFM on latest nightly on Mac 10.10. Had you moved it across screens or something like that?
Seems like this happens only when you have the apz.allow_zooming pref set to true.
