1256369 - [sk] Update searchplugins for azet.sk and slovnik.sk

Description

We need to update these 2 icons to 96px.

While checking I noticed a few things that could be fixed:
* Switch searchplugins to Unix line ending, add license header.
* Put list.txt in alphabetical order.

For azet.sk I found high-res images of the current favicon, only added a light background.

For slovnik.sk I noticed that the domain actually redirects to http://slovnik.azet.sk/, and they expose an app icon for iOS that would be suitable for our uses.

It looks like Slovak is now working on Pontoon in aurora, with periodical string drops in central. I will file a follow-up to figure out if we can merge them instead.
