From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/4.76 (Macintosh; U; PPC)
BuildID: 2001122106

the above url is the login for Apple's iTools.
when trying to access my iTool account, apple dropped me to their "we do not know what is wrong" page.
Suggesting I upgrade my browser to Netscape 4.7.x or IE 5+, or install the iTools plugin-
the iTools plugin *is* installed in the Mozilla plugins folder.

I replaced it with a known working iTools plugin from netscape 4.7.x - no difference

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. if you do not have the iTool plugin installed get it from Apple and install it (follow steps 2->4, below, to locate it)
2. go to apple's web sit
3. select iTools
4. try to login

Actual Results: get Apple's error/troubleshooting page

Expected Results: completed login to iTools
according to comments in bug 117349 this is now fixed.
