A user reported that seeking in the WebM video in the URL caused a corruption message when seeking to 15:45, in Firefox 45. I was able to reproduce it in Nightly 48.

Linux 64 bit. I just tried it again, can reproduce on 45 and 48 but it takes a lot of seeks now (last I tried it, it was basically instant)

It appears that this broke between 43->44 based on a quick test with mozregression.
This does appear to be a regression. I've only been able to repro on Linux. I'm seeing 43 is okay (2015-9-1). I'm seeing a large window of builds from 44 (2015-10-1) that don't even play back the video on my test VM, they immediately state it's corrupted. This ends at 47 (2016-2-1), where I can play back the video, but have the seeking bug noted here. To repro this I just seek around the mentioned time using the controls.
My test VM is running Ubuntu 14.04. Updates and 3rd party software was installed using the GUI installer. Libavcodec54 at version 6:9.18-0ubuntu0.14.04.1, appears to be libavcodec 54.45.0. I believe this is the libav version of the lib rather than the ffmpeg version (not sure, but I IIRC that's what Ubuntu has been shipping).
WFM in nightly. We are our own ffvp9 version so platform or installed libraries shouldn't matter.
