Requirements:
Put a system notification when there are tabs ready to "View Later"
Tapping on the notification opens Firefox
No badging requirements, no list the tabs
User Stories:
As a user, I want to be notified when there are tabs I selected to "View Later"
As a user, I want to have an easy and quick way to open tabs from the notification
