We don't use the result of those tests: - INSTALL is set in config.mk to something derived from NSINSTALL. - LN_S is never used. Review commit: https://reviewboard.mozilla.org/r/40045/diff/#index_header See other reviews: https://reviewboard.mozilla.org/r/40045/
