Details
As demonstrate by this fiddle: https://jsfiddle.net/e2v21Lc3/ currently we happily accept the same ICE candidate getting added multiple times and generate new pairs for each call. In best case that just eats up resources, in worst case it might prevent call establishing, or let Firefox run out of memory.
