Switching to another devtools tab during rule editing opens autocomplete list and doesn't collapse text field

STR:
1. Open url data:text/html, in a new tab
2. Open devtools -> Inspector, select node <body>, open right sidebar
3.(optional) Click "Add new rule" button [+], then close devtools and repeat Step 2.
4. Click "}" after "element {" in sidebar to start editing a new rule.
5. Type "back" [autocomplete suggestions will appear]
6.A) Click Console tab in devtools. Click it again. Click Inspector tab in devtools
6.B) Press Right key. Press Ctrl+], then Ctrl+[. Click on a free place (e.g. on the page)
7.(optional) Repeat Steps 4-6 with each rule you created in Step 3.
AR: After Step 7 text fields opened for editing rule values are still opened
ER: After Step 6 text field should disappear. (When it looses focus, it should disappear)

Now I can't reproduce textareas staying after they lose focus, only autocomplete lists openning in a wrong tab, which is probably lower priority. And also I can still reproduce bug 1231821, but now it becomes irrelevant.
