Helpful to understand the usage of this feature and users preferences, especially if we plan on changing it to default on.

This should be fixed by bug 1251749. I'll leave this open for now, but when that bug lands we can verify and mark this as a dupe.

Bug 1251749 will make it so that we add the value of the pref along with the pref name when we create an event for it changing, so it will be a generic solution.
