Note: can't be bug 1258894 *if* that is fallout from bug 1257318, which merged to central on 3/22. This started on the 17th. Taking to investigate along with bug 1258894

FWIW, I've been able to hit both this and bug 1258894 as far back as the 18th on inbound retriggers. I *think* I'm starting to narrow down on a regression range, but the answer is a bit puzzling to me if right. Stay tuned :P

Retriggers confirm that this and bug 1258894 started on the same push of Randell's. https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=mozilla-inbound&revision=affd6e75efcc&filter-searchStr=linux%20debug%20mda%20e10s

Ok, that's (basically) 1221587 - the patches in that bug enabled full-duplex and the gecko code associated with it.
