FWIW, I've been able to hit both this and bug 1258894 as far back as the 18th on inbound retriggers. I *think* I'm starting to narrow down on a regression range, but the answer is a bit puzzling to me if right. Stay tuned :P
Ok, that's (basically) 1221587 - the patches in that bug enabled full-duplex and the gecko code associated with it.
