1258196 - Provide long-press option on About:Home panel tabs as shortcut to Settings Options

Instead of navigating through the 3-dot menu -> Settings -> General -> Home -> Desired Panel ...

Simply long pressing the panel tab at the top of the About:Home page could prompt up the Fragment with the "set as default / (Show|Hide) / Change Order" options.

After user interaction, a brief Snackbar might be provided to allow correction of accidental changes, either by presenting an "Undo" button that immediately reverses the Fragment action, or more likely by presenting the Fragment again.

This sounds interesting! Although not suggested in the guidelines, I think it could work.

Could we get a build to test out how this feels?
