This test is already annotated as fuzzy on all platforms, but going from off-by-5 to off-by-35 seems a bit extreme to fuzz away without any discussion. There's a clear difference in rendering between the test and reference images. Happy to call this WONTFIX if it's deemed acceptable, however.

It's a little disappointing, but if that's the result that Direct2D effects on Windows 10 give us, then there's not much we can do about it. Fuzz away.
