Steps to reproduce:

1. visit very long page(height or width is over 150000px?)
2. scroll to bottom of page(or right end)
3. autoscroll to top very slowly(or left end)


Actual results:

noise appears at the edge of window and scroll awkwardly

scroll smoothly
