As part of setting things up for L10n, I want to make it so that we can automatically generate a "dev" xpi. The dev xpi is the same as a regular xpi, but with: - The date appended to the version in install.rdf (AMO needs different version numbers, and appending integers is allowed). - The preferences are set up to work with the dev server by default (this will L10n to use the xpi and automatically get the standalone dev server for testing their work)
