Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new profile
2. Open google.com in a new tab. Put it in background
3. Open https://dev.windows.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/testdrive/demos/letitsnow/ in a new foreground tab
4. Once the animation starts, click mouse inside the demo a few times.
Actual results:
Memory started increasing continously
Expected results:
not so, probably.
