1258491 - Implement updates to Firefox family navigation

This bug describes updates to Firefox Family navigation based on the user testing completed in bug 1223569.


1) Add landing page to Firefox Family global navigation called "Features". Use successful visual design from test. http://cl.ly/1j3b1m2f3y1O

2) Remove sub navigation from Firefox Family navigation

3) Move tertiary/dots navigation to global nav level. (will address updates to this in future sprint)

4) On Features page: Review descriptions with copywriter, increase font size, make 'Learn more' links more prominent (will discuss link style over IRC/vidyo).

5) Outstanding GA/tracking decision: When posting this update to Mozilla.org we should monitor downloads, visits to feature pages, and cross-navigation between feature and product pages. How to do this best within the scope of our team in this sprint is a discussion we will have as implementation proceeds.


Further considerations (for future sprint):
- Update visual design of Features page 
- Add more items to Features page (Add-ons?)
- Audit how feature mentions are integrated into Firefox product pages (Desktop, iOS, Android) and consider new solutions for how to present them (w/ sprint dedicated to testing multiple solutions)
- Tertiary nav links audit and placement
