What happened?

It told me that "could not find profile matching that account"

What should have happened?

I just want to log in

There is a sentence in the top of that log page： "Creation of new accounts on MDN is unavailable while we devise a solution to an ongoing denial-of-service attack. We're sorry about the inconvenience! If you see something that needs to be fixed, please file a bug: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/form.doc"
In addition to me, my friends couldn't log in too.

[e-mail] is not in our system. So, you do not have an account. New accounts cannot be created right now. I apologize. We do not know when the problem will be fixed :(

Note if you come to IRC on #mdn and ping us, we will be able to reopen account creation for a few minutes so that you can register. We do it several times a week.

Sorry for the long delay, account creation has been turned back on and you should be able to create an account now.

We hope it will stay on but if the problem returns we will turn it back off :(
