Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Compatibility page for any app (i.e: https://marketplace.allizom.org/developers/app/test-app-c8c9a0d8/payments/ )
2. Select "Choose where my app is made available" make a few changes and click the Save Changes button.

Expected results:
The changes are saved.

Actual results:
"Oops! We had an error." error is displayed.

Notes/Issues:
Verified in FF45(Win7) Issue can be reproduced in mp-stage and mp-dev.
