This bug was filed from the Socorro interface and is report bp-9f8d2acd-01c1-4e2d-81da-622792160322. ============================================================= Unable to start firefox in safe mode also;disabled hardware acceleration and all addins still firefox is crashing. Please help System Win7 x64 SP1
I'm sorry this is happening. This is a known issue caused by Trusteer inserting DLLs into the Firefox process that make it crash. I'm not familiar with the software itself, but it's possible you might be able to avoid the problem by disabling or limiting its involvement with Firefox in some way. We are told that they have updates for this problem - if none are available to you, it would be a good idea to contact them and pursue the matter with them instead.

yeah only way is to shutdown IBM trusteer and then use firefox ,even google chrome crashes with IBM trusteer only opera & IE 11 seems to work fine with this IBM Trusteer...but i was able to use firefox and Trusteer simultaneously for the over 2+ years, i really dont want to switch to IE or Opera, anyway if its possible to fix this in the 46 release, that would be great! ; as i am using Trusteer is used for work related login n stuff and now i have to choose either IE or Opera & no Firefox :( Most of my friends @work have uninstalled firefox due to this bug :(

There is not much we can do to fix it except blocking Trusteer entirely. Then Firefox would stop crashing but you could likely no longer use Trusteer for your work-related logins within Firefox.
