Steps to reproduce:

Feature enhacement to add .bit domain support natively to the Firefox codebase. This will allow an alternative to DNS and be able to freely connect to non-dns based websites. 


Actual results:

Steps to add it should be a way to connect and scan d/identities and fetch thei keywords for website/www/ or somilar and fetch the ip.

I don't think it's likely we would accept a patch for this, and these kinds of DNS-alternatives are generally the responsibility of the host OS's resolver. Firefox doesn't ship it's own.
