Steps to reproduce:

Upgrade Firefox for Android via F-Droid to v45.0


Actual results:

After upgrade to v45.0, Firefox for Android shows the tripple-dot menu button on the top right.


Expected results:

As my phone (Samsung Galaxy Ace 2) features a hardware menu button, the tripple-dot menu button should not be displayed, as it used to be before v45.0
This was an intentional change.
