From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:0.9.8+) Gecko/20020215
BuildID: 2002021503

when I scroll down and back up, random portions of text (it's different
depending on how I scroll) get redrawn the wrong color (somtimes white text gets
redrawn black, sometimes it's half white, half black).

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. load page (looks fine)
2. scroll around a while until you see the text appearing the wrong color

Actual Results: some area of text was black (it always seems to be just one
area is affected at a time)

Expected Results: that area of text should have been white

I don't know if this is related to the same bug. In linux sometimes when an
image is on the edge of the window when I scroll, a black line will appear on
it, that will disappear if I do anything else (switch tabs, etc.).
I'm seeing identical behavior on Slashdot.org and mozillazine.org - same build.
