Venkman doesn't build anymore, as the JSD1 API is removed. It was only used in SeaMonkey, and stopped being used there with bug 1029513.

The trick is to 

hg rm extensions/venkman

We want this on aurora (and central), and are happy to do the landing for you. Please let us know how to proceed.

Please do not land directly on l10n-central. Since nobody is actively working on central, we agreed on just pulling changesets from aurora periodically. 

I'm going to fix the merge for both locales, ignore the extra landing in history.
