+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1256484 +++

Bug 1256484 added -wd4456 and -wd4458 to CXXFLAGS in a few moz.build files under /security in order to get VS2015 building in warnings as errors mode.

This bug tracks removing the workaround by fixing the underlying warnings.
