The actual error message was, JavaScript error: resource://gre/modules/commonjs/toolkit/loader.js -> resource://devtools/server/actors/animation.js, line 293: TypeError: oldState is null I attach a sample html.

Thanks for filing this Daisuke. I had seen this too. I believe this does not cause the timeline to break, but we should still investigate and fix this issue. Triaging this as a P2.
