Bug 75027 added a keyboard accelerator for "Mark Thread As Read". The new "R" accelerator is shown on the Message->Mark menu, but not on the Mark toolbar dropdown. Attaching a patch to add that. I'll take the bug

sr=sspitzer and I checked the fix in. Mark, thanks for fixing this mark bug. (sorry, I couldn't help myself.)
