0. Maximize Firefox window
1. Copy url of attachment 8679739 [details] to clipboard
2. Open new tab, paste URL from Step 1 to urlbar, press Enter to visit the page
3. Press Ctrl+R if <input>'s validation message didn't open in Step 2.

0. Maximize Firefox window

2. Open new tab, paste URL from Step 1 to urlbar, press Enter to visit the page
3. Open Inspector, select <body>, resize ruleview so that it was as narrow as possible
4. Hover mouse over the string "test" in ruleview

1. Enable Bookmarks toolbar. Move "Downloads" toolbarbutton to the end of Bookmarks toolbar.
2. Click "Downloads" toolbarbutton to open "Downloads" panel
