Details

Because:
- Having the clear button on the left breaks muscle memory
- The most used action should be easier to access
- It's more intuitive to have the "Profile"/"Record" button first (a first time user will likely click the first button he sees)
- Familiarity with Chrome DevTools (Chrome puts the clear button after the "Record" button)
This only applies to the perf tool (Record button) and the memory tool (Take snapshot button).

It breaks muscle memory for those particular tools, but people will get used to it—it introduces a better pattern across the entirety of the tools.

Everyone had come to agreement in bug 1220208, so I'm marking this as WONTFIX.
