1259961 - Persistent threading error: message threaded under wrong parent. Fixed by repair folder

Steps to reproduce:

1. I got one invitation to an event (message id <[e-mail]>)
2. Somebody replied to that message, registering for the event (message id <[e-mail]>, in reply to <[e-mail]>)
3. Myself, I also replied to the invitation (message id <[e-mail]>, in reply to <[e-mail]>)
4. There were a number of other replies by other people to the same invitation
5. I moved the invitation message (parent of both) to an "announcement" folder, and all replies to a "registration" folder.



Actual results:

6. Now my message (#3) is shown as a child of #2, although both should be brethren. Multiple RightClick->Properties->RepairFolder don't help, and neither does moving #3 into another folder and back. All other replies are shown as brethren.


Expected results:

6. My message (#3) should be shown as a brother of #2 rather than as a child.

This threading errors have been a regular occurrence for some time now, but previously RightClick->Properties->RepairFolder would always fix them.

Yeah, we do have a few of these types of issues.

It still occurs occasionally. Unfortunately it's completely unpredictable when it will occur. However, nowadays RightClick->Properties->RepairFolder fixes the issue again, when it occurs.
