in "Menu Bar" "Bookmarks" when there are too many bookmark to show the "Scroll
arrow" at the top and bottom doesn't work.
Each bookamrks with the url not ending with "html", for example ending with / or
with htm, or not editable in the sidebar-bookmarks or in the "manage bookmarks"
window.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.try tu put 20 or more bookmarks in one folder
2.try to use with the boomarks menu from menubar
1.try to bookmark a url like http://www.netscape.com/
2.try to edit the bookmark from the manage bookmarks windows or from
the sidebar

Reporter, please keep it to one issue per bug report.
The scrolling issue is bug 124542.
Resummarizing to remaining issue.
Summary: Scroll arrow doesn't work and some bookmarks are not editable → Some bookmarks are not editable
