Details

For long-running GIF animations (example: http://www.run-virtual.com/?p=223), it would be useful if the playback controls are shown as they are for regular video files, so one can pause or seek to avoid having to watch it over and over if something is too fast to see/comprehend.

The controls should be shown when embedded as an <image> and when displaying the GIF itself.
