Flash player does not work on Nightly48.0a1 32bit build. 
However, Nightly48.0a1 64bit build works as expected.

The problem is reproduced since Firefox43 32bit buid.



Steps to Reproduce:
1. Environment
OS : Windows10 IP build 14295 64bit VM.
Flash : Flash Plugin21.0.0.197
Browser: Nightly48.0a1 32bit w/ HWA blocked
2. Open https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html and click [Check Now]
3. Scroll down to "5. Verify whether Flash Player is installed"

Actual Results:
No leaves, swing and cloud on Nightly 32bit. See attached screenshot
However Nightly64bit works as expected.

Expected Results:
Tree, leaves, swing and cloud should be displayed.

This regression range is necessary to set user_pref("dom.ipc.plugins.flash.disable-protected-mode", true);

We need check again this bug when Bug 1261416 is landed.

The new version of Flash Player 21.0.0.213 fixes the problem regardless of the protect mode on/off.
