Hi, 

My current device, crashed and is away on repair (would not boot), and I need to add Duo Push to another device while I wait for that repair.

Unfortunately I cannot add a new device to Duopush, without first authenticating on the original (which I can't do)

Help?
I need to book travel, but can't login to Egencia - blocker.

Hi Emma. Please ping the service desk. We can provide you with a recovery code to log into login.mozilla.com and add a new device. We have a system freeze at the moment and we can not make any changes.
