1260411 - Swiping between panels in about:home does not work properly

Environment: 
Device: Nexus 5 (Android 6.0.1);
Build: Nightly 48.0a1 (2016-03-29);

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Fennec;
2. In about:home go to any panel that has a few entries (e.g.: history panel);
3. Swipe left or right over any entry.

Expected result:
Swiping left or right navigates trough about:home panels.

Actual result:
Sometimes swiping will switch panels, sometimes swiping will not do anything and sometimes swiping makes a touch event on the swiped item.

Notes:
Also reproducible on LG G4 (Android 5.1).

For me I can reproduce this with:

1) Go to the bookmarks pane on the home screen
2) Use the power button to lock the device
3) Unlock the device
4) Observe weirdness with switching panes
