We show a unknown file type icon in the attachement box when using File -> Send
Page. It looks really uncool. Either show the Site Icon for the current site (if
any) or show the default URL icon from the location bar.

We use the extension of the filename in the url to get the correct icon. If the
URL does not contains a file extension, the default account is choosen. Instead
we should look at the sheme of the url to at least show a http icon.

if you go to http://dilbert.gemal.dk/ and do File -> Send Page you get a unknown
icon next to the attachment. Your sending a GIF Image...
But if you go to:
http://gemal.dk/pics/gemaldk.gif
and do File -> Send Page you get the GIF icon

Henrik Gemal, testing with 1.6, I see the systemwide icon (from Windows 2000)
used next to the HTML attachment. Is this working for you?
