This is a following bug of https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1068151#c14.

ffmpeg can't recover after the corrupted data. We need to investigate if there is way to recover it.

The possible solution could be: flush the old data and start to decode from I frame. However, it needs to be confirmed.
