[Note]:
- Not reproducible on latest Aurora 47.0a2 and latest Nightly 48.0a1

[Affected versions]:
- Firefox 46.0b6, Firefox 45.0.1

[Affected platforms]:
- Win 7 64-bit, Mac OS X 10.9.5

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Open http://tunein.com/radio/BBC-News-p14/ and play the radio station - the audio sound indicator is shown on tab
2. Navigate to other categories on the site using the top menu (Local, Music, Sports, etc) - radio continues to play

[Expected result]:
- The tab audio sound indicator is displayed

[Actual result]:
- The tab audio sound indicator disappears

Seems to be fixed by bug 408415

[Additional notes]:
- It doesn't reproduce on Firefox 42 where the feature landed, the first release affected is Firefox 43. I didn't search for the regressing bug since this was already fixed on latest versions.

Easily reproducible issue, affecting the tab sound indicator feature. Likely reproducible on other similar websites as well.

Petruta, in future, when you know what bug/change regressed something, PLEASE mark the bug as blocking and CC patch authors and reviewers from the bug in question, so the bug doesn't get lost. Happily this time it was in a component I watch, or I would never have known.

Jared, thoughts? ISTR there are some sites where the current behaviour is correct, but it seems there are also cases where it isn't? :-\

Oh, wait, this is *fixed* by bug 408415 ? It's unclear because the bug is listed under "regression range". Which is it?

It was fixed indirectly by bug 408415 and regressed some time between the audio-icon-in-tab feature landing and bug 408415 landing.

I don't see us uplifting bug 408415 to Firefox 46 so let's close this bug as RESO-FIXED.

Wontfix for 46, but the fix is coming in 47.

Verified fixed on Windows 7 64bit and Mac OS X 10.9.5 using Firefox 47 Beta 6 (buildID: 20160516123243) and latest Aurora 48.0a2 (buildID: 20160519004038).
