With build 2002021303, when Mozilla crashes, it doesn't seem to trigger the
Console application and display crash data the way earlier builds did.
I see the same thing on one machine, on another machine I'm getting them as
expected.  The machine where it's working is a G3/400 - the machine not working
is a G4/400, both with 10.1.2.  Oddly enough, the machine where it's not working
*is* getting crash logs for other apps.  Old builds are OK.
I'm now getting crash data again with 2002022309 and Mac OS X 10.1.3
